<p><p>Role and Facility Information</p><p><b>Penticton Regional Hospital</b> is a 158-bed Acute Care facility in the Interior Health Authority providing core medical and surgical services to a population of approximately 90,000 people. PRH offers 24-hour Emergency and Trauma Services, Acute Services, Ambulatory and Out-patient Clinics, and Diagnostic/Paramedical Services. As a regional facility and secondary referral centre for the South Okanagan and Similkameen Valley, you will be joining a team of medical and surgical specialists with on-site CT, Nuclear Medicine and MRI. PRH has a seven-bed ICU and serves as the referral base for hematology/transfusion medicine for smaller local hospitals in Oliver and Princeton. In April 2019, PRH opened phase one of the David E. Kampe Tower (DKT), a state-of-the-art Patient Care Tower. Phase Two completed in Dec 2021 included full renovation and expansion of the PRH Emergency Department.</p><p><b>Compensation</b></p><p>Compensation Type: Combination Estimated Remuneration $300,000 - $450,000, plus MOCAP level 2 Physician Overhead. Overhead costs associated with private practice only.</p><p><b>Benefits and Incentives</b></p><p>Relocation Funding Available: $9,000 - $15,000. Relocation Assistance is applicable for 1.0 FTE positions and is based on move location (with eligible receipts). Part-time opportunities may be eligible for pro-rated reimbursement; discuss with IH Medical Staff Recruiter.
