<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchaser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that all materials and supplies are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the logistics process from procurement to distribution.</p><p>This role requires strong vendor management skills, the ability to negotiate favorable terms, and a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure the best pricing and quality for materials.</li><li>Procure goods and services in alignment with company needs and production schedules.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that arise.</li><li>Utilize software systems for tracking orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance.</li><li>Collaborate with the supply chain team to forecast material requirements based on production schedules.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.</li><li>Implement sourcing strategies that align with company goals while optimizing costs.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels using MRP systems to ensure adequate stock is maintained without over-purchasing.</li><li>Assist in the fabrication process by coordinating with internal teams to meet production demands.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>1-3 years of purchasing and or logistics experience.</li><li>Experience with MS Office Suite; particularity Excel and Outlook.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with customs procedures, commercial invoices, and certificate of origins.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Join us for a challenging that is financially rewarding and will develop you as a person and professional!</p>
