They offer full-service engineering support tailored to client project needs.</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The QA Technician will:</p><ul><li>Conduct testing and inspection of raw materials and finished goods.</li><li>Perform dock audits to ensure compliance with company, customer, and industry standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor manufacturing processes via audits, inspections, and sample collection.</li><li>Verify product handling, labeling, and packaging.</li><li>Support resolution of production concerns and non-conformance issues.</li><li>Train and coach operations staff on standards and best practices.</li><li>Manage inspection and disposition of on-hold products.</li><li>Prepare customer documentation packages.</li><li>Assist with calibration and measurement systems.</li><li>Participate in audits (internal, customer, regulatory).</li><li>Conduct process and ISO 9001 audits.</li><li>Engage in LEAN, 5-S, and other continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Follow all Infra Pipe procedures and policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in QA within manufacturing or equivalent <span >education/training.</span></li><li>Familiarity with QA methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D).</li><li>Knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.</li><li>Experience with LEAN and 5-S is an asset.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>$2,000 signing/retention bonus</strong>: $1,000 after 6 months, $1,000 after 1 year.</li><li>Competitive wages based on experience.</li><li>Company-paid health & dental benefits + healthcare spending account.</li><li>Annual fitness allowance.</li><li>Pension match up to 5%.</li><li>Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities.</li></ul></p></p>
