We are looking for a licensed real estate professional who is eager to grow and expand their skill set in both residential and commercial real estate. This is an opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing team where you will work with a steady flow of leads and clients while receiving hands-on coaching, training, and ongoing guidance.


You will be supported every step of the way with proven systems, mentorship, and team resources designed to help you build confidence, sharpen your expertise, and scale your business sustainably.

Compensation:

$100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, working directly with clients, and learning the ins and outs of residential and commercial transactions.

  • Leads provided through our established team, generating a strong and consistent flow of residential and commercial opportunities across Durham Region, York Region, Simcoe County, Peterborough, and the Peel Region
  • Competitive commission splits
  • Mentoring and coaching with experienced agents, offering hands-on guidance in both residential and commercial real estate to support your growth
  • Flexible work structure with the ability to work remotely, supported by occasional office meetings and optional in-office presence
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of real estate experience preferred, with a strong interest in expanding into both residential and commercial real estate
  • Highly motivated to learn, grow, and improve skills through hands on support, coaching, and real-world experience
  • Self starter mindset with the ability to proactively manage leads, clients, and daily responsibilities independently
  • Must hold a valid real estate license and a valid driver’s license
