<p><p>Company :</p><p>Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences LP - Sciences</p><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>Regional Manager Engineering - Western Canada (Vancouver BC)</b></p><p>Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences is seeking a Regional Manager Engineering who is dynamic, motivated and passionate about their career to support our expansion in Western Canada.</p><p>The successful applicant will be responsible for the performance of our forensic business lines which include civil / structural assessments (structures, building envelope, building code compliance, etc.), fire and explosion investigations, collision reconstruction / biomechanical investigations and materials / mechanical investigations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs is a must. Good presentation skills are an asset. A willingness to travel is a must.</p><h3>Role Responsibilities :</h3><ul><li>Responsible for P&L of Western Canada Engineering activities for all engineering services lines</li><li>Perform some measure of forensic engineering duties including but not limited to peer review, legal expert reports, scene examinations of complex files</li><li>Assist with business development and growth of our Western Canada market</li><li>Identification and recruitment of top industry talent in Western Canada</li><li>Committed to client satisfaction through open communication with all parties</li><li>Able to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to processes</li><li>Monitor and address deficiencies in KPIs to ensure personnel are meeting or exceeding our SLAs</li></ul><h3>Role Requirements :</h3><ul><li>Minimum 10 years experience with progressive management experience</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferable; Professional Engineering License an asset</li><li>Experience in forensic investigations an asset</li><li>Experience within the insurance and legal industry is a must</li><li>A demonstrated track record of taking projects to successful completion</li><li>Proficient in standard Microsoft Office (MS Word, Outlook & Excel)</li><li>Expert knowledge and understanding of area of expertise</li><li>Positive self-driven motivated personal attitude</li><li>A willingness and passion to support the marketing and sales department through attendance at presentations and industry events</li><li>Customer facing experience: Ability to discuss projects budgets with clients and maintain continuous communications throughout the project</li><li>The ability to climb work at heights and work in all temperatures is required</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license</li></ul><p>SCM Insurance Services and affiliates welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
