<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>SA922 Optometrist – Kingston, ON – LensCrafters</p><p>Join to apply for the SA922 Optometrist role at LensCrafters. LensCrafters is an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Luxottica. The practice operates as a private Independent practice where the optical dispensary is run by Luxottica and the Doctors office is operated by the Affiliated Doctor. Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice.</li><li>Work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.</li><li>Maintain professional autonomy to care for patients, with no company-imposed restrictions or quotas (as predicated by your agreement with the Subleasing Doctor).</li><li>Operate in a fully furnished office with access to OD equipment and digital eye examination technology as available at the office (e.g., Clarifye).</li><li>Utilize available scheduling tools and patient recall systems as part of the practice workflow.</li></ul><h3>Affiliation and Practice Model</h3><p>Luxottica operates the optical dispensary; the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office. The practice model, compensation and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.</p><h3>Compensation and Benefits</h3><p>Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package.
