We are seeking a results-driven, strategic, and hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives, expand market presence, and enhance our brand position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials, fabrication, construction products, fenestration or <span >manufacturingpreferably</span> within the metal product sector. This leadership role combines sales strategy, marketing execution, and customer relationship management to drive sustainable growth and support long-term business goals.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Sales Management</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives.</li><li>Lead and support a team of outside sales representatives</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities and custom project markets.</li><li>Oversee pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and proposal development.</li><li>Collaborate closely with production and operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>Marketing Management</strong></p><ul><li>Design and implement marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and boost product visibility.</li><li>Oversee all digital marketing activities including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media engagement.</li><li>Manage the creation of marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and trade show materials as needed.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform campaign strategy and product positioning.</li><li>Lead brand development initiatives and ensure message consistency across all marketing platforms.</li></ul><p><strong>Customer & Channel Development</strong></p><ul><li>Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing and potential customers.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison for key accounts and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Manage CRM tools to track leads, monitor performance, and analyze customer engagement.</li><li>Provide insights to improve customer experience, loyalty, and lifetime value.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.</li><li>5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or construction.</li><li>Proven success in B2B sales, market development, and strong leader possessing a team orientated approach</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS tools).</li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate KPIs and adjust strategy for ROI optimization.</li><li>Strong time management, organizational and planning skills</li><li>Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Energetic individual with a proven track record of accountability and results</li></ul><p>FSIN</p></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
