Our team is a diverse group of designers, educators, fabricators, and constructors, dedicated to fostering natural curiosity, creativity, and a sense of adventure through our playgrounds and educational initiatives.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>As the <strong>Sales Representative</strong>, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and supporting the growth of our client base. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, identifying RFP opportunities, closing small-scale sales, and maintaining an active sales pipeline. You will also manage quoting and contract preparation to support a seamless client onboarding process.</p><p><br /></p><p>This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable conducting outreach, building client relationships, and taking ownership of moving opportunities through the sales cycle. You are a natural go-getter who excels at collaborating cross-functionally and takes pride in delivering top-notch client experiences. Your work will be crucial in keeping the sales pipeline moving efficiently and ensuring a seamless client experience.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Prospecting & Lead Generation</strong></p><ul><li>Research, identify and engage new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, monitoring RFP or tender listings.</li></ul><p><strong>Lead Qualification</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate and provide timely follow-up to incoming leads generated by the Marketing Team through phone, email, client meetings, or other outreach methods to understand project vision, readiness and budget. </li><li>Collaborate with senior team members as required based on the clients project parameters.</li></ul><p><strong>Sales Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Full ownership of the sales cycle of smaller scale projects between $10K-$100K from handling incoming order requests, quoting, and closing them to championing an exceptional post sale experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Quote & Order Management</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare accurate quotes for incoming order inquiries and tender pricing requests and provide necessary follow-ups. </li><li>Collaborate with Finance, Production, and Install to coordinate deposits, contract requirements, and order timelines. </li></ul><p><strong>Product Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain expert product knowledge of Bienenstocks offerings including natures instruments and Outclass outdoor classrooms.</li></ul><p><strong>Pipeline Management & Metric Accountability</strong></p><ul><li>Accurately maintain all lead activity, sales metrics, and closing forecasts in the CRM and related software to provide reliable data to internal departments and build a healthy pipeline of prospects.</li></ul><p><strong>Client Communications & Internal Liaison</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to proactively inform clients on order status relating to production and shipping. </li><li>Stay informed on industry trends, client needs, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and inform marketing initiatives.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience of proven sales success in sales support, order processing, or customer service in a client-facing environment.</li><li>Experience with selling outdoor equipment, landscape product sales, RFP documentation or related fields and activities is an asset.</li><li>Proficient with HubSpot CRM, Buildertrend, and Google Workspace; confident in managing complex sales cycles.</li><li>A completed diploma or bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study.</li><li>A personal passion for nature and the outdoors and commitment to Bienenstocks values: Play/Joy, Ownership, Trust/Integrity, Excellence, and Teamwork</li></ul><p><strong>We are particularly looking for candidates who:</strong></p><ul><li>Are pipeline-driven you have excellent communication, outreach, follow-up, and closing skills.</li><li>Own their numbers you forecast with precision, track meaningful sales activities, and consistently meet and exceed targets.</li><li>Deliver exceptional client experiences your ability to connect with clients leads to repeat business and referrals. </li></ul></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
