We are looking for a Senior Manager - SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and leadership opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience leading SAP projects, driving sales pursuits, and growing our business.</p><p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Senior Manager - SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance</strong>, you will identify opportunities with clients to implement these solutions, ensuring consistency across EY’s market-facing organizations. Willingness to travel is required.</p><p>Project Management: Participate in large SAP client engagements, deliver quality services, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed. Stay updated on industry trends. Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and comfortable interacting with clients daily.</p><p><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have</strong></p><ul><li>Functional proficiency with at least 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 8-12+ years of SAP consulting experience.</li><li>At least 8+ years of SAP experience with SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance, understanding client requirements, providing solutions, and configuring systems.</li><li>Experience in planning and executing SAP implementations, leading functional teams.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance master data, notifications, orders, preventive maintenance, and scheduling.</li><li>Ability to configure SAP EAM/PM and deliver conforming work products.</li><li>Strong SAP EAM and PM knowledge, including integrations with Finance and Supply Chain modules.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and SAP Intelligent Asset Management.</li><li>Experience in creating proposals and RFP responses.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills And Attributes For Success</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to manage diverse teams and foster an inclusive environment.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.</li><li>Forward-thinking, self-starting, adaptable to new challenges.</li><li>Leadership skills for managing multiple projects and mentoring team members.</li></ul><p><strong>Ideally, you’ll also have</strong></p><ul><li>Prior consulting experience with a proven track record of driving revenue and developing client relationships at the executive level.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Look For</strong></p><p>Passionate leaders with a vision to stay ahead of technology trends and help businesses achieve their IT strategies.</p><p><strong>What We Offer You</strong></p><p>Our benefits focus on your well-being, including mental health support and wellbeing benefits.
