Use your SAP FI expertise to deliver innovative solutions and guide a talented team."</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>SAP Technical Leader – Finance</strong> who will act as the <strong>techno-functional expert</strong> in designing and implementing SAP FI solutions. This role involves leading configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP Finance and related systems within a complex enterprise environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead design, configuration, and implementation of <strong>SAP FI</strong> and related modules (CO, AP, AR, AA, PS).</li><li>Provide <strong>technical leadership</strong> for S/4 HANA Finance and integration with Fiori apps and third-party solutions.</li><li>Coach and mentor SAP FI functional specialists.</li><li>Translate business requirements into <strong>blueprints, design deliverables, and prototypes</strong>.</li><li>Conduct <strong>business process analysis</strong>, testing, documentation, and user training.</li><li>Manage system impacts, regression testing, and support pack updates.</li><li>Provide <strong>3rd-level SAP FI support</strong> and troubleshoot complex issues.</li><li>Participate in <strong>technology planning</strong> and SAP FI roadmap development.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT standards, version control, and security policies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Must-Have Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Post-secondary degree in <strong>Computer Science, Finance</strong>, or related field.</li><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience designing and implementing <strong>SAP FI solutions</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>S/4 HANA Finance</strong> and <strong>Fiori</strong> apps.</li><li>Strong functional and technical expertise in <strong>SAP FI</strong>, including integration with CO, AP, AR, AA, PS.</li><li>Excellent <strong>communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</strong>.</li><li>Ability to work with <strong>senior stakeholders</strong> and manage confidential information.</li><li><strong>SAP FI/CO certification</strong> is an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to work on <strong>enterprise-scale infrastructure projects</strong>.</li><li>Inclusive and equitable work environment.</li><li>Professional development and upskilling opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Diversity Statement</strong></p><p>At Aliant Resources, we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities we serve and to promoting a diverse, anti-racist, inclusive, accessible, merit-based, respectful and equitable workplace.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Accessibility Statement</strong></p><p>Aliant Resources is dedicated to making our recruitment process accessible to everyone with or without a disability.
