Our Account Executives will have a tremendous opportunity to drive revenue, make an impact, and work with autonomy. The right candidates will be provided with a growth path to a Sales leadership role within a rapidly growing for</span></span></span></span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>3+ years of Account Executive experience preferably in SaaS or tech.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>You have a track record of delivering results in a quota-driven environment.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Experience working deals with Large/Enterprise businesses.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Experience with 6+ month sales cycles.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Experience Conducting effective demos and presentations to C-level executives.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Exceptional written/ verbal communication skills.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Experience utilizing Salesforce (or other) to manage accounts full ownership of the sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, discovery, deal closure, contract administration, and turnover to ensure seamless customer success during onboarding.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Lead and mentor a Business Development Representative to effectively generate new sales opportunities and support their professional development.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Innovate and implement new outbound prospecting strategies while refining existing approaches to maximize effectiveness.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Maintain and enhance data integrity within the CRM system, specifically Salesforce, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for strategic decision-making.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating new business opportunities.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Conduct engaging virtual and in-person software demonstrations and presentations to showcase VendorPM's offerings to potential clients.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Represent VendorPM at industry events to increase brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers within multi-family and commercial property management companies.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Travel once a month within Canada and the US to engage with clients, attend industry events, and facilitate business development
