<p><em>Do you have a good eye for home designing and outdoor decor?</em></p><p><br></p><p>AllStaff Inc. is <strong>NOW HIRING </strong>for a <strong>Senior CAD Design Engineer</strong> in London, Ontario to support our innovative outdoor product manufacturing client with active product development!</p><p>Start ASAP!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Shift:</strong> Day shift (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM including standard breaks)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> London, Ontario (fully on-site role) + relocation packages can be negotiated for the right fit</p><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $100,000–$150,000/year + bonus (based on experience) + generous lifestyle spending account + profit sharing</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities Include</strong></p><ul><li>Create detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings using SolidWorks</li><li>Work closely with product development on new product designs</li><li>Produce tooling, parts, and assembly/instruction sheet drawings</li><li>Maintain product documentation, specifications, and standards</li><li>Support product launches and ongoing design improvements</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Must have College diploma in Industrial Design, Drafting Technology, or related field</li><li>2–3 years in a CAD/Design role (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of SolidWorks or similar software experience</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills</li><li>Must be creative and possess an "out of the box thinking"</li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>Must have own transportation and be reliable for on-site attendance</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate Would Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience designing outdoor consumer products</li><li>A flair for modernizing and uplevelling projects</li><li>Familiarity with tooling or manufacturing processes</li><li>Previous work experience within a growth-stage manufacturing company</li><li>Previous experience in marketing roles</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Ready to join us?</strong></p><p>If you're a detail-oriented CAD designer looking to grow with a dynamic team in a hands-on manufacturing environment, click <strong>Apply Today!</strong> Your next career milestone starts here.</p>
