<p><strong>The Details.</strong></p><p>The Details is looking for a well-rounded and experienced Senior Designer to join our team. We are:</p><ul><li>A full-service creative agency based in Fredericton, NB.</li><li>Focused on creative communication design — going beyond the surface to bring our client’s marketing needs to life.</li><li>A collaborative, hands-on studio with projects spanning marketing campaigns, brand strategy and identity design, writing, digital design and more.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role.</strong></p><p>As a Senior Designer, you will:</p><ul><li>Work on a variety of projects in collaboration with the team, and clients.</li><li>Develop comprehensive concepts, execute your ideas, and take them through to completion.</li><li>Work on campaigns, print, branding, packaging, web, and production design.</li><li>Balance design and communication using strategic thinking and problem solving. </li><li>Provide input, share ideas, and bring leadership to the team.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design technology, and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Responsibilities.</strong></p><p> You’ll be relied upon for:</p><ul><li>Collaborating with creative directors, strategy leads, designers, writers, developers, and clients to create high-quality communication design work.</li><li>Strong technical design skills in both print and digital mediums, with high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac environment).</li><li>Adhering to client brand guidelines while finding new creative solutions.</li><li>Applying strategic design thinking to all projects.</li><li>Managing multiple projects with sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Following project briefs, timelines, and deadlines closely.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate.</strong></p><p> You are:</p><ul><li>Organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.</li><li>Resourceful, driven, and comfortable working independently.</li><li>Passionate about design, with curiosity and big ideas.</li><li>A critical thinker with a collaborative mindset.</li><li>Someone who brings positive energy, even on tight deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Must-Haves.</strong></p><ul><li>Formal design training (College or University)</li><li>5+ years of relevant work experience (agency experience a strong asset).</li><li>A portfolio with real-world design examples, but be seen with application</li><li>Based in Fredericton, NB (or willing to relocate).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note this is not a remote position.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>To Apply.</strong></p><p>Please send your C/V and portfolio to <strong>info@thedetailsdesign.com</strong></p><p>Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.</p>
