<li>Reviewing period end adjusting revenue and cost of sales transactions for various BUs (including Dealer sharing, Reverse Flow, Royalty, etc.), ensuring reasonability and completeness.</li>
<li>Review reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to areas of responsibility, Review and investigate discrepancy between various internal data systems to ensure data integrity.</li>
<li>Conduct variance analysis at month end for margin P&L section across banners.</li>
<li>Develop, maintain and update margin related financial models.</li>
<li>Assist in development and completion of controls to ensure effective and efficient processing of transactions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with various internal teams like tax, audit, dealer relationship, FP&A business/corporate accounting on investigations, external requests, and ad-hoc projects.</li>
<li>Continuously look for efficiencies and opportunities to streamline processes.</li>
<li>Manage, support, and develop FAs on team.</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>3+ years’ experience in a medium/large company at a Senior Financial Analyst/Accountant level with strong IFRS knowledge.</li>
<li>University Degree in Accounting or Finance areas.</li>
<li>CPA designation (Or working towards).</li>
<li>Ability to provide accounting guidance on margin accounting and determine appropriate treatment of financial transactions in accordance with IFRS.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel Skills</li>
<li>Experience with PeopleSoft and or Hyperion HFM is a strong asset</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Solid financial and technical skills coupled with strong analytical ability.</li>
<li>Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in an environment responsive to changing business requirements.</li>
