They focus on topical products such as creams, gels, lotions etc.</p><p>Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst is as follows:</p>
<p><b>Cost Accounting & Analysis:</b></p>
<li>Maintain and analyze standard costs for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods in SAP.</li>
<li>Conduct variance analysis (material, labor, overhead) to identify cost drivers and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate cost allocations and inventory valuations.</li> <p><b>Financial Planning & Reporting:</b></p>
<li>Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.</li> <p><b>Strategic Business Support:</b></p>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate cost implications of new products, processes, and capital investments.</li>
<li>Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies and margin improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.</li> <p><b>Systems & Process Improvement:</b></p>
<li>Leverage SAP and other financial systems to streamline reporting and analysis processes.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems and tools for better efficiency and accuracy.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies related to financial reporting and cost accounting.</li> <p>TMGMS</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <p><b>Education:</b></p>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li>
<li>CPA designation is required.</li> <p><b>Experience:</b></p>
<li>Minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial analysis with a strong emphasis on cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Proven track record of analyzing manufacturing costs and driving financial improvements.</li> <p><b>Technical Skills:</b></p>
<li>Proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules and advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).</li>
<li>Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems.</li> <p><b>Key Competencies:</b></p>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making.</li>
