They are a leading real estate investment company specializing in commercial and multi-family residential properties across Canada. The portfolio encompasses a diverse and growing range of real estate assets, and they are committed to delivering superior value to our investors through strategic acquisitions, hands-on asset management, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a high-performing and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team.</p>
<p>The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of consolidated IFRS financial statements, corporate tax compliance, and internal financial reporting for a complex real estate portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Reporting, this is a high-impact, in-office role that requires strong technical accounting knowledge, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. A deep understanding of the real estate industry—especially multi-family—is highly preferred.</p> <p>TMGNY</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>CPA designation (or actively pursuing).</li>
<li>4–5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, preferably in the Canadian real estate sector or a related asset-intensive industry.</li>
