<p>Botsford Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate the Liquidity Remediation Project at one of our major Capital Markets clients. This initiative encompasses multiple workstreams and requires a proven leader who can manage large-scale programs, effectively allocate resources, and maintain financial discipline.</p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for program oversight, resourcing, and budget management across multiple workstreams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Liquidity Remediation Project across multiple streams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.</li><li>Oversee program governance, scope, and milestone tracking, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.</li><li>Manage resourcing plans, allocation, and onboarding across streams, working closely with PMO and functional leads.</li><li>Maintain and track program budgets, forecasts, and actuals, ensuring cost discipline and transparent financial reporting.</li><li>Utilize Clarity PPM for project planning, tracking, and reporting.</li><li>Support program-level risk, issue, and dependency management, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams, including technology, finance, risk, and operations, to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees.</li><li>Drive alignment between streams to optimize efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure consistent delivery standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Senior Level (8-10+ years) Project Management experience within Capital Markets or related financial services domains (Treasury/Risk)</li><li>Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stream programs in a complex, regulated environment.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Clarity PPM for project planning and tracking.</li><li>Exceptional financial management skills, including budget forecasting, tracking, and variance reporting.</li><li>Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Experience managing resources across multiple concurrent streams.</li><li>Familiarity with liquidity risk, liquidity stress testing, or cash flow monitoring is an asset (but not mandatory).</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior exposure to Liquidity Risk Remediation or Regulatory Liquidity Programs.</li><li>Experience working with Early Warning Indicator frameworks.</li><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification.</li></ul><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
