<p>Title: Senior Site Superintendent</p><p>Base Salary: $145,000-155,000+</p><p>Variable/Bonus: $14,000-15,000+</p><p>Reporting to: General Superintendent/VP Construction</p><p>Direct Reports: 0</p><p>Matrix: 30+ (Trades/End User Staff/Subcontractor/employees)</p><p><br></p><p>Key Performance Indicators</p><p> Safety</p><p> Scheduling/Planning/Ontime delivery</p><p> Quality</p><p> Risk analysis (predicting potential issues/assess/strategy/attack/remediate/alleviate issues)</p><p> Civil Work</p><p> Finishes</p><p><br></p><p>Mandate</p><p> Strongly supports the Health & Safety program.</p><p> Plan, organize, lead, controls, and evaluate all site activities.</p><p> Start to finish mindset.</p><p> Identify, analyze, communicate potential future events that may affect adversely the project.</p><p> Assess (root cause of potential issues)</p><p> Strategy (build an attack plan, budget, communicate, seek support and approvals)</p><p> Execute (Attack the issue)</p><p> Review and coordinate delivery dates of critical materials.</p><p> Direct foreman and tradesman in daily site activities.</p><p><br></p><p>Logistics:</p><p>Why New Role: Growth</p><p>Base Location (sites) GTA</p><p>After hours: sometimes on high risk/reward deliveries (example concrete pours)</p><p>Project Size: 30-50M$+</p><p>Site Timelines: 18 to 24 months</p><p>Communication Customer: 15%, Trades: 50%, (internal): 35%</p><p>Travel: Minimal</p><p><br></p><p>Profile</p><p> Character, Experience, Intelligence, Coachable (in this order)</p><p> Character: Will Want Desire, Self Awareness, Accountability, Integrity</p><p><br></p><p> Experience:</p><p>Large Capital Project Site Superintendent experience</p><p>Delivering on a 40M$ + Projects</p><p>Gold Seal & Last Planner Nice to Have</p><p>Understand Audience: Trades/Construction/Steel/Transport/End User.</p><p>Scheduling/PjM Software experience</p><p>General Conditions of Contract</p><p>Stories Relating to:</p><p>i.
