<p><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Team Development:</strong> Guide and mentor a team of Front Counter staff, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and others.</li>
<li><strong>Financial Mastery:</strong> Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management.</li>
<li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Prioritize tasks under pressure and ensure excellent customer experiences.</li>
<li><strong>Sales Excellence:</strong> Drive sales both to customers and within a B2B context, fostering strong business relationships.</li>
<li><strong>Recruitment and Leadership:</strong> Recruit, retain, and develop top talent while championing customer-first priorities.</li>
<li><strong>Safety Champion:</strong> Lead by example, follow safety protocols, and prioritize team and customer welfare.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Success Factors:</strong></p>

<li>A valid Driver's License.</li>
<li>A high school diploma/GED or equivalent; management training is preferred.</li>
<li>At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>A safety-first mindset, adhering to protocols and wearing PPE.</li>
<li>Ability to foster a positive, growth-oriented culture.</li>
