From July to August, and Inspire the Next Generation!</p><p><strong>Grassroots Soccer Coach:</strong></p><p><em>Join our mission to ignite a passion for soccer in young players!</em></p><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver engaging soccer sessions to children aged 3-8, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.</li><li>Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.</li><li>Address individual needs, offering tailored coaching to enhance skill development.</li><li>Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $25-$35/session, based on experience and group size.</p><p><strong>Team Lead:</strong></p><p><em>Provide leadership and inspiration for both coaches and aspiring players.</em></p><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Inspire and mentor fellow coaches.</li><li>Schedule and manage coaching shifts to ensure seamless program execution.</li><li>Adapt to unpredictable weather, rescheduling when necessary.</li><li>Ensure consistent availability Sunday through Thursday evenings.</li><li>Maintain meticulous records of player attendance and coach availability.</li><li>Oversee program quality and safety, ensuring it&#39;s always up to standard.</li><li>Engage in weekly meetings, contributing to program enhancements.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $35-$45/session, contingent on experience and leadership scope.</p><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications for Both Roles:</strong></p><ul><li>Unyielding enthusiasm for soccer.</li><li>Valid vulnerable sector check.</li><li>Reliable transportation: Valid driver&#39;s license and vehicle.</li></ul><p><strong>Apply Now: </strong>Excited to create lasting soccer memories?
