Technical Product Manager

Job Description

<p>We are seeking a <strong>Technical Product Manager</strong> to join our Product Management team. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value back-office features.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collect and define business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Product Management: Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and manage the roadmap to align with business objectives.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.</li><li>Agile Project Management: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely product releases.</li><li>Data Analysis & Reporting: Track product performance, user adoption, and feature ROI.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and training to users and senior management.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Experience: 3+ years in business analysis or product management.</li><li>Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Agile.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and modern tech stacks.</li><li>Previous experience in a development or architecture role is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Please note that this is a hybrid position.
