<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<li>Lead and support finance teams during post-implementation of Workday Financials</li>
<li>Provide strategic oversight and hands-on guidance to ensure system adoption and process optimization</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, improve workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities</li>
<li>Mentor and manage team members, fostering a high-performance culture</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and business units to ensure alignment and continuity</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)</li>
<li>Proven experience with Workday Financials in a post-implementation or operational capacity</li>
<li>Strong people management background, with a track record of leading high-performing teams</li>
<li>Solid accounting expertise (not FP&A focused)</li>
