Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay Range: $17.60

Shift: 7am to 3:30pm or 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday or Saturday and Sunday

What's the Job?

Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Perform inbound activities including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory.
Reprice and retag products as needed to maintain correct labeling and compliance with company standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
What's Needed?

Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies (RF scanners, voice picking, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy
Reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Eligible for PIT certification if required
Committed to safety standards and compliance (steel toe boots and high-visibility vest required)
