<p><p>The Pioneer Co-Operative Association Limited</p><p><b>Wage/Salary Info:</b> Based on experience</p><p><b>Posted Date:</b> 10-Sep-2025</p><p><b>Location:</b> SWIFT CURRENT</p><p><b># of Positions:</b> 1</p><p><b>Employment Terms:</b> Full-Time</p><p><b>Apply By:</b> 26-Sep-2025</p><p><b>How to Apply?:</b></p><h3>Application Information</h3><p><b>Employer Name:</b> The Pioneer Co-Operative Association Limited</p><p><b>Employer Address:</b><br/>1150 CENTRAL AVE N<br/>SWIFT CURRENT, SK<br/>CANADA<br/>S9H0G1</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee the warehouse facility, including inventory control, management and participation in the audit process as required.</li><li>Manage the warehouse team of staff (6-7 team members), including training/ development, performance management and scheduling/ time management of staff.</li><li>Assist Crop Supply Manager and Assistant Crop Supply Manager with inventory procurement.</li><li>Be responsible for the coordination and hands-on execution of operational duties; including customer service and support, receiving, storing, and filling requisitions/ work orders from customers/ applicators.</li><li>Coordinate loading of product on trucks for delivery to branches and producers and work closely with delivery drivers.</li><li>Operate forklift for extended periods of time and maintain the facility and grounds to meet CPIC standards.</li><li>Ensure efficient and safe processes are exercised by the team at all times.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Must have strong knowledge of chemical and warehouse operations and organizational skills.</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively.</li><li>Previous commodity and team management experience preferred.</li><li>Position classified as a Safety Sensitive Position: therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-ops Alcohol & Substance policy as a condition of employment.</li><li>Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and extended hours.</li><li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform heavy lifting.</li></ul></p>
