Training and Support</b>: At Wainbee, we offer <b>training and support</b> to help you thrive in your position.</p><p><b>Position:</b> Data Quality & Automation Administrator</p><li><b>Location:</b> <b>TBD</b></li><li><b>Schedule: </b>Monday – Friday / 40 hours per week (Remote) </li><li><b>Salary:</b> Depending on experience</li><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><li>Data Governance & Quality</li><li>Support data request intake and tracking to ensure efficient response and resolution.</li><li>Support data cleansing efforts by identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps in customer, product, and pricing data.</li><li>Help establish and maintain data governance standards, SOPs, and validation rules.</li><li>Collaborate with data administrators to ensure consistent and accurate data entry.</li><li>Process Optimization & Automation</li><li>Develop Power Query scripts, Excel automation, and other data tools to streamline recurring tasks.</li><li>Implement data validation logic and alerts within business systems where applicable to reduce manual errors.</li><li>Support Data Operations Manager by improving data workflows and reducing inefficiencies for data maintenance tasks. </li><li>Reporting & Analytics</li><li>Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, operations).</li><li>Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and KPI tracking.</li><li>Integrate data from multiple systems to generate cross-functional insights.</li><p><b>To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements</b>:</p><li>2–4 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or related role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and data transformation tools.</li><li>Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 is an asset).</li><li>Familiarity with SQL, DAX, Python or other data scripting languages is a plus.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills with an ability to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Experience in a B2B or industrial distribution environment is an asset.</li><p>If you have the passion to take on new challenges, <b>APPLY NOW</b>!
