At Wainbee, we offer <b>training and support</b> to help you thrive in your position.</p><p><b>Location:</b> Duncan, BC </p><p><b>Position:</b> Technical Counter Sales Rep </p><li><b>Location:</b> Duncan, BC</li><li><b>Schedule:</b> Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week</li><li><b>Salary:</b> Depending on experience </li><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><li><b>Store Operation & Customer Service </b></li><li>Greet walk-in customers to the store in a professional and welcoming manner. </li><li>Assist customers with their product requirements. </li><li>Build hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies utilizing the provided tools, equipment, and training.</li><li>Pick, pack and ship orders and transfers.</li><li>Maintain store stock levels and product displays.</li><li>Maintain a neat, inviting, and safe store. </li><li>Actively participate in development training provided by the company and vendors. </li><li>Provide complete accurate information to other supporting departments such as Purchasing, Credit and technical services.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li><li><b>Warehouse</b></li><li>Follow guidelines safe warehouse access and operation of machinery.</li><li>Receive, process and report if any discrepancy in incoming orders (POs, Transfers) ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Monitor transfers in transit and report if any misalignment occurs.</li><li>Pack goods so that they arrive intact at the customer's or supplier's premises.</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.</li><li>Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate levels of supplies are always available.</li><li>Assist with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including shelving, labeling, and cleaning.</li><li>Participate in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.</li><p><b>To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements</b>:</p><li>Mechanical and technical education and/or proven experience in hydraulics and or pneumatics. </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation.</li>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
