Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Passionate about cars and customer service
✔ Expertise in diesel automotive repair, maintenance, and providing quality service
✔ Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
✔ Red Seal Certification is an asset but not required and BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
✔ Ford Certified Diesel experience an asset
✔ Strong background in Diesel automotive repair and maintenance, proficient with diagnostic tools and technology
✔ Pride in workmanship, confidence in abilities, desire to exceed customer expectations
Schedule: Full-Time; Mon-Fri OR Tues-Sat 8:30am to 5:00pm
Compensation: Flat Rate $39-$45/hr (dependent on experience) + Production Bonus
What your day will look like:
- Diesel Vehicle Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Diagnosing Issues: Identify the source of malfunctions and determine what repairs or maintenance is needed.
- Safety Inspections: Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and perform road tests when needed.
- Communication: Clearly explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.
- Compliance: Follow provincial and company policies and safety regulations.
