**Aerotek is hiring a Service Technician for a long term and full time opportunity in Kamloops, Vernon, and Salmon Arm.**

1+ years of experience with electromechanical repair and maintenance

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and technical repair skills

Experience using multimeters

Ability to travel to multiple customer sites on a regular basis, including overnight stays when needed

Drivers license with a clean abstract

Good verbal and written communication skills
**Job Description**
We are seeking a service technician for the interior team: Kamloops, Vernon, and Salmon Arm 75% of the time with the other 25% being out of town. Will be working with the Kelowna and Chilliwack service technicians when needed.

Scheduling and providing preventative maintenance and repair services at healthcare facilities

Effectively promoting and sell service agreements and products to existing customers
u2022
Supervising equipment installation and/or performing uncrate and assembly services
u2022
Instructing customeru2019s personnel in the operation and proper use of the equipment.

Assisting sales personnel in marketing all equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads).
u2022
Maintaining an organized parts inventory in a clean Company vehicle.

Performing other related duties as assigned.

**Work Environment**

Candidates will be managing their own workload and responsible for setting up and scheduling their day/weeks.

They can start at home then will be travelling for service calls or doing preventative maintenance/upgrade calls

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
