We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Department Manufacturing Associate **Get paid $100 after working your first day! Ask us how! ** About the Role: As a member of our Operations team, the Multi-Department Manufacturing Associate will work across multiple departments to ensure the smooth flow of products throughout the facility. Reporting to the Production/Quality Manager, you will contribute to stores operations, paint preparation, and product testing. Key Responsibilities Picking and Receiving: o Receive shipments and organize inventory o Pick and ship orders for internal and external customers o Use printed bills of materials to locate and collect parts o Navigate the stores area efficiently to fulfill orders o Print and apply labels to collected parts Paint Prep Operations: o Prepare products for painting by masking areas and hanging parts on paint racks o Assist with the maintenance of paint equipment o Opportunity to train in spray painting for interested candidates o If painting, a breathing test for respirator use will be required; must be clean-shaven for proper seal Product Testing Inspection: o Make plumbing, mechanical, and basic electrical connections to functionally test pumps o Inspect pumps for leaks and vibration during testing o Record and compare pump performance to standards prior to painting Requirements o Willingness to operate a forklift and crane (training provided) o Ability to read assembly drawings and identify various models or special requirements o Occasional heavy lifting required o Basic computer skills o Previous warehouse or order-picking experience o Experience in painting or paint preparation Desired Skills o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail o Mechanical aptitude and ability to use a wide range of hand and mechanical tools o Good manual dexterity and hands-on problem-solving ability Bus Accessible: NO Student Opportunity: NO Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
