<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget</p></li><li><p>Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management</p></li><li><p>Oversee on-site activities and support the Superintendent to ensure quality and safety standards are met</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with design consultants, engineers, and client representatives throughout the project</p></li><li><p>Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with food-safe construction standards, applicable codes, and health and safety regulations</p></li><li><p>Monitor project progress and prepare regular reporting for senior leadership and clients</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in industrial construction</p></li><li><p>Background in food-related or cold storage facilities is a strong asset</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage multiple trades, timelines, and complex scopes</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code, construction contracts, and OHSA regulations</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)</p></li><li><p>Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field</p></li></ul></p></p></p>
