We have the privilege of supporting and advising major clients on a daily basis.In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for aSales <span >Representative/Merchandiser.</span><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>This position will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction for both hot and cold beverages. We have been working with this client for years, and they are a pioneer in the production and distribution of beverages with a portfolio of over 125 brands. You will be responsible for consumable goods in convenience stores and small retail spaces. To apply for this role, it is essential to have a valid driver&#39;s license & exclusive access to a vehicle.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Why VIBRANT?</p><ul><li>Salary at $25/hour</li><li>Monthly automobile allowance starting at $850/month</li><li>End-of-Contract performance bonus of up to $850</li><li>Cell phone allowance of $30/month provided</li><li>Flexible schedule: 21-24 hours/week</li><li>Work on the road as an independent contractor</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory</li><li>Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets</li><li>Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions</li><li>Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.)</li><li>Participate in merchandising plans</li><li>Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores</li><li>Manage own territory and customer meetings</li><li>Establish positive relationships with customers</li><li>Complete daily reports via the mobile app<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications & Required Skills</p><ul><li>Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver&#39;s license</li><li>Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising</li><li>Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets</li><li>Ability to submit daily reports</li><li>Exclusive access to a smartphoneusing an app in the work process is required</li><li>Must be tech-savvy and able to perform digital tasks easily through the app, which includes reports after each shift</li><li>Exclusive access to a computer and an internet connection</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to get involved in the daily operations of a business, enjoys challenges, is proactive, takes initiative, will be responsible for managing the product fleet in their territory, and plays an essential role in customer satisfaction.<br><br></p><p>Our offer is hard to beat.
