<p><strong>Project Manager (Infrastructure & Utilities)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Are you a driven project manager ready to take that next step into a leadership role? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you're trusted to lead a team, manage client relationships, and deliver impactful infrastructure projects?</p><p><br></p><p>We’re partnering with a reputable consulting firm to find a <strong>Project Manager</strong> to lead a growing portfolio of utility and linear infrastructure projects across BC. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-career PM (3–5 years of experience) who is ready to step up and own both the delivery and stakeholder management side of project execution.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors across multiple active projects</li><li>Lead small, multidisciplinary project teams delivering utility infrastructure and linear corridor projects (e.g., pipelines, stations, structural upgrades)</li><li>Mentor and support project coordinators and junior PMs -- foster growth and build your team culture</li><li>Manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and reporting across project lifecycles</li><li>Oversee internal project controls while driving forward collaboration and continuous improvement</li><li>Play a hands-on role in both project strategy and on-the-ground execution</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in infrastructure, utilities, energy, or municipal sectors</li><li>Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills — you can keep multiple moving pieces aligned</li><li>A natural team leader -- you're collaborative, communicative, and enjoy supporting junior staff</li><li>Experience with scheduling tools, project budgets, and reporting workflows</li><li>PMP or P.Eng. is a strong asset but not mandatory</li><li>Previous experience in a consulting or owner’s rep environment is highly preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why This Role?</strong></p><ul><li>Lead a meaningful portfolio of capital infrastructure projects with community and environmental impact</li><li>Be empowered to manage both the delivery and relationships -- own your role from start to finish</li><li>Work within a collaborative, high-performing team that values leadership, growth, and mentorship</li><li>Enjoy a flexible, hybrid work environment with room to grow your influence and career</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Apply?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>You’ll be joining a flexible, collaborative team focused on delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across Western Canada.
