You won't just manage content; you'll impact content strategy, guiding writers and collaborating with teams to produce high-quality, well-informed, search-optimized content that keeps our audience engaged.</p><p>If you want a role where you can directly influence our growth in a dynamic, highly valuable market - and grow professionally alongside it - this is it.</p><h3>How Youll Make an Impact</h3><p><b>Here are some of the ways you’ll contribute to our mission :</b></p><ul><li>Develop content strategy : Plan and execute exciting projects based on business priorities and market needs.</li><li>Guide and support writers : Empower our writing team to produce best-in-class content that meets our high standards.</li><li>Collaborate closely with SEO experts : Partner with the SEO team to ensure all content is fully optimized for organic search.</li><li>Set the tone on content quality : Push the standards of the content we produce, edit and produce content as needed, and keep existing content up-to-date and compliant.</li><li>Monitor dedicated KPIs : Regularly track and analyze key metrics to optimize content strategy and production for performance.</li></ul><h3>The Ideal Profile: Is This You?</h3><p><b>Here’s what helps people succeed in this role :</b></p><ul><li><b>Experience :</b> 4+ years of proven experience in creating high-performing, creative content, with a focus on organic search optimization (SEO).</li><li><b>Core Competencies :</b></li><li>A good understanding of US sports and betting culture and US bettors’ preferences.</li><li>You have excellent communication skills.</li><li>Proven track record in managing content quality and standards.</li><li>Demonstrable experience of writing content that performs well in organic search.</li><li>Proactive and passionate about reaching goals.</li></ul><p><b>Nice-to-Haves :</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of casino gaming.</li></ul><h3>Meet the Team & Your Future at BC</h3><p>You'll be working closely with our Publishing team, led by Thomas Reynolds.
