Training and Support</b>: At Wainbee, we offer <b>training and support</b> to help you thrive in your position.</p><p><b>Position:</b> Fluid Connector Specialist </p><p><b>Location:</b> Western Canada</p><p><b>Schedule: </b>8:00am- 5:00pm / 40 hours per week Hybrid</p><p><b>Salary:</b> Depending on experience</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><li><b>Sales</b></li><li>Search, Identify and Target key MRO and Serial OEM Fluid Connector targets in the region. </li><li>Exceed the territory's revenue and gross margin targets for Fluid Connectors. </li><li>Set territory goals by focusing on selling solutions and maximizing the value Wainbee brings to the customer by understanding their business, goals and challenges. </li><li>Understand the territory's key markets and Wainbee's fluid connector products/solutions for the purpose of developing markets/accounts. </li><li>Plan/participate in regular calls with territory Sales Representatives and maintain a close relationship with primary and complementary vendors. </li><li>Prepare and perform regular Fluid Connector seminars for staff and customers. </li><li>Analyze daily, monthly and quarterly pre-performance. </li><li>Generate and manage qualified leads and opportunities. </li><li>Prepare, understand and present project proposals. </li><li><b>Administrative</b></li><li>Prepare, understand and present project proposals. </li><li>Follow up on quotes with the intent to convert the quote to an order. </li><li>Maintain up-to-date CRM with opportunities, activities, quote status and customer contact information. </li><li><b>Collaboration </b></li><li>Work closely with Sales and Sales Management in each province and territory. </li><li>Work closely with Parker Territory Managers responsible for Fluid Connectors. </li><li>Share territory updates at sales meetings and provide suggestions and strategies for challenges and growth. </li><p><b>To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: </b></p><li>Completion of high school or equivalent education; post-secondary education considered an asset</li><li>Selling and Technical Experience with Fluid Power Fluid Connector products required </li><li>Minimum 5+ years related experience in fluid connectors (Hydraulic/ Pneumatic) and/or fluid power selling experience. </li><li>Knowledge of fluid connector terminology and reliability concepts. </li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency with Office 365 and ERP systems. </li><li>Valid Driver’s License. </li><p>If you have the passion to take on new challenges, <b>APPLY NOW</b>!
